@trial Thanks for pointing out the modification with no change. This was due to a caching issue where the bot was working on a (few minutes) old dataset of schools with missing tags, and didn't reload the dataset after correcting the tags, hence it re-uploaded the correct tag even though it was already present. I was not aware that OSM did not automatically reject edits with no changes, hence I did not add that case in the bot. In any case, the bot was not intended to be ran again since it has already filled all the missing data, so we should be good.
