What source did you use for this? Tags say Bing imagery, but guessing you surveyed it or have a gps trace?

Looking at http://maps.coj.net/DuvalProperty/ it seems it's an extension of Kevin Road. You can see the outline of the rest of the road too plus Greenbrook Court. The Duval Property map is a pretty helpful tool if you or the other Amazon people haven't used it before

I put it as a neighbourhood because that's where the OSM wiki pointed me when I looked up subdivision, which I think is what these areas are generally called?

freebeer, haha, yes, it can be hard to work out where things are sometimes. You get used to it though

I tend to use a mixture of Esri and Mapbox, Mapbox tends to be oversaturated a lot of the time, but having two different image sets to look at can help with visually parsing what I'm looking at, especially as the lighting is different. It's sometimes essential with outlining houses as esri imagery is full of stitching errors between different areas

I took the name from the sign at the front, it just says "The Paddock Club Apartment Homes" and doesn't mention Mandarin on there. I notice their website mentions Mandarin, but still, no need to be rude about it

There's an area within the Gourd Island Conservation Area relation that is also tagged Gourd Island Conservation Area. I'm guessing that was meant to be tagged with something else?
