Hi, what is the definition of "school hours"?

FYI, there was a problem with import, see osm.org/note/2935453

That addresses my question, thanks.

I don't understand your answer.

The node info does not match the website Someone needs to survey what's at this location.

100120927 over 4 years ago

Can you confirm that this was confirmed by a survey or some other way?

Hi, I don't remember specifics of this edit. Do I need to do something?

Ok, I will pause making this change "for now" (for a week ;)

My main argument against going over 24:00 - this notation is not used in real life, why do we need a new geeky notation that will confuse end users?

88955922 almost 5 years ago

Hi skquinn,
I participated in implementation of that change, see one of disussions - https://github.com/osm-fr/osmose-backend/issues/526
The problem is due to the fact that OSM documentation supports both interpretations ( osm.wiki/Key:opening%20hours and osm.wiki/Key:opening_hours/specification ). For Osmose we settled that 24:00 is the allowed as closing specifier, but anything greater (starting with 24:01) would get reduced by 24:00.

Please let me know if you are planning to submit this issue to Osmose, so I know not to use it for now.

Hey, thanks for your edits as well! Mapping trails and accessories is my passion too!

I often think just how much to document my sources, and I usually limit that for cases where it might bet disputed in the future (whether something came from a closed source).

Have fun mapping!

Hello, the source is local knowledge based on a sign, in front of the rock formation.

Please check your process for creating sidewalks - there is no sidewalk on the south side of Edgewood Road.

Also, fyi, there is another way to map sidewalks by tagging the main road instead.

Hello, these hours do not make sense, could you check?

Hello, I made many corrections in this area: please use correct "-" for opening hours, not "–". Best regards!

Thanks for keeping up good fight! With this, I am going to get out of your sunny state backyard! :) Stay safe!

I really appreciate this change. Are you converting the nearby parks to the same style? If not, I can create notes for all Orlando parks.

Hi AlaskaDave, what was the argument for deleting osm.org/way/8996056/history#map=15/61.0828/-146.3000 ?

Hello, this was due to suggestion coming from Osmose tool. I am aware about this potential for this issue and I watch out to when making changes in German speaking countries. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi, this sounds correct. I'll try to get to this at some point, feel free to do it.
