Because http://osm.mapki.com/dat.globe/globe-osm/ shows some edits in Antarctica I became curious what that could have been and discovered this:
osm.org/?lat=-79.3019&lon=-162.051&zoom=13&layers=M
Is OSM the latest place to leave a graffiti-tag?

I just deleted a similar edit in southern Niger at osm.org/?lat=14.853515625&lon=9.17684555053711&zoom=12.

About that part of the part in Niger: People there might have other problem than mapping, but wow, the map there looks really empty!
