Looks good. Since the the Fred C Fisher build was replace in the same location I would prepend all the "former" lifecycle tag for each tag that tag that will be duplicated by the current building, such as the name change. Also add former:start_date:1953 former:end_date=1992 to indicate when the former name structure stood. Add a simple name and start_date for the new structure.

Sorry, didn't realize the changeset was so large. I try to keep them under 150 edits (ID) and a bbox of a couple miles , not the size of the state.
I do intentionally map the actual crosswalk because it allow me to quickly add tactile pad information at either end when available.

Looks good just be careful when changing tag on mixed-use buildings. In case of conflicts or extra amenities, you can move them to points that lay ion the building's footprint.
