Hey silversurfers83, i was checking the wiki article and Donut Master edit. He has added school ground in the area where the school ground is located. What is wrong with this edit?

Their latest building data is from 10 years ago, from 2015. Also, they do not have an open or permissive license to use the data. That is a huge problem because that is data created using public money, and it should be open by default. Unfortunately, that data is too old and also closed, so it can not be used. Satellite imagery to add building is much more reliable.

Which data, that the Albanian government has with an open license can be used to map buildings more accurately than satellite imagery?

I would really appreciate if you can point me to the data i can use. Thank you!
