Thanks for taking the time and giving me feedback on my edits. Marking the nail salon as closed was a user error and my side and I will try to revert this!
Regarding Café Bibar I have spoken with the owner, and he explained to me that he permanently closed the Cafe and instead focuses on their Web Design Company located in the same location. If and when they remove the remaining signs for Bibar I don't know. I used Street Complete to make my changes and as I couldn't find a matching Business description I opted to just mark the Café as closed. I did this because I think that prevent the frustration for people coming to a closed shop is bigger then not finding a web design company in the data.
