I have a large area for a complex with many buildings, including recreation areas that are all self contained within private grounds for what is essentially a non-state controlled Orphanage. How can I mark that Area?

Buildings as ways with tag building=* see osm.wiki/Buildings
Recreation areas ? .. what do you mean? These are sports areas? Then osm.wiki/Key:sport Parks ? then leisure=park.
Orahanage - as a way on the outer area then tag social_facility=group_home social_facility:for=orphan see osm.wiki/Key:social_facility
