The wiki page recommends to tag it and as far as I'm aware, most routers, renderers and editers struggle without it

In this changeset, you changed Thomas Cook to Hays Travel, but the following note was just updated to say this is an estate agent. Was the Hays Travel verified on the ground or presumed based on how many of the Thomas Cooks became Hays Travels?
