Er staat hier wel degelijk een bord dat ook het stuk tussen de rijbaan en het fietspad effectief eenrichtingsverkeer maakt:

Maar ook zonder dat bord zou je tegen de haaientanden in moeten rijden, is de binnenbocht ontworpen om rechtsafslaan moeilijk te maken, en als je het toch zou doen, mag je het kruispunt daarna niet verlaten. Dus het is effectief alsnog eenrichtingsverkeer op basis van Artikel 5 Wegenverkeerswet.

Snel kijkend zie ik dat het op de andere locaties met name gaat om de fietsroutering, die moet natuurlijk wel blijven kloppen, dus dan is het inderdaad noodzaak om goed op te letten of er oneway:bicycle=no nodig is.

Het onderscheid tussen provinciaal en niet-provinciaal is echter wel op een andere manier te maken: als je in de iD-bewerker kijkt onder Tags, kun je daar zien dat als "operator" is ingevuld "Gemeente Hollands Kroon". Als het een provinciale weg zou zijn, zou daar "Provincie Noord-Holland" staan.

In the Netherlands, the roads inside motorway service areas are administered as carriageways of the motorway, and hence share the road number, so ref=A4 on these highway=service roads are correct. I restored the refs.

Ik weet niet helemaal zeker wat je bedoelt. Ik zie dat enkele ways zijn verwijderd in deze changeset; ik gok dat die door achtereenvolgens splitsen en samenvoegen van wegsegmenten een nieuw id hebben gekregen (ik weet niet precies hoe JOSM daarmee omgaat).

According to the document, code 10042999 is the proper code for statistical purposes.

Code 10942115 (which was previously also included in OSM tagging) is mentioned in the table further below on the same page of that document, apparently stems from some other subdivision (which further splits the Rheinland-Pfalz part but not the Saarland part).

left and right can be and are used for both. For example, if you use name:left and name:right, this doesn't imply an unnamed space between both names. If you want to refer to a specific feature on the side instead of half the feature, you'd use something like sidewalk:right:name instead of name:right.

The legal basis for the zones is tied to the side of the road rather than the direction of travel (e.g. pedestrians can walk on the left), hence the choice for :left/:right instead of :forward/:backward is intentional and matches the tagging of other roads on a boundary. Data consumers can take driving_side into account for interpretation.

Enkele wegwijzers op de snelweg hebben "RING N601" bij de afrit staan, maar dit is op enkele dagen na altijd afgeplakt geweest. De wegwijzers op de weg zelf (van de gemeente) hebben altijd "Ring 's-Hertogenbosch" zonder "N601" vermeld. Het nummer N601 is dus nergens te zien.

Voor zover ik weet is er recent niks aan de bewegwijzering veranderd.

Ik zie dat je op enkele zone-30-wegen de tag zone:traffic=NL:urban hebt weggehaald. Dat is niet de bedoeling, een weg kan tegelijkertijd in een maximumsnelheidszone en in de bebouwde kom liggen (zone:traffic gaat over dat laatste). Zie ook de wiki: osm.wiki/Tag:zone:traffic%3DNL:urban

The main reason for this change was to restore operator=* for these roads to the city of Paris, as it was previously tagged correctly.

If you think enforcement:operator=* is superfluous, feel free to remove it.

Essentially this on-ramp can be closed remotely by the traffic control centre via dynamic traffic sign displays (in case of an incident in the Corbulotunnel).

Not sure what the ideal tag for this is, but I figured something similar to maxspeed:variable makes sense: osm.wiki/Key:maxspeed:variable

AFAIK the space is reserved for a highway here (and has been for decades) but there are no specific designs or plans for building it, so highway=proposed is currently premature.

If this is an older design, than you could perhaps use e.g. abandoned:highway=proposed and source=* to specify where the design comes from.

Ik heb je wijzigingen teruggedraaid. De informatie in het Nationaal Wegenbestand is onvolledig. Dit stuk weg is weliswaar gehectometreerd als N768, maar bewegwijzerd als N303. Dat laatste staat niet in het NWB vermeld.

On various recent Mapillary images, the autoroute traffic signs are still present, and the road number A35 is also retained. So the change from highway=motorway to highway=trunk and renumbering to ref=M35 appear to be incorrect. If they have been transferred to a different road operator, this can be indicated with operator=*.
