Hi CjMalone,
Not sure what was the intention of your edit here, but that postcode is over 250 miles away from here!

Hi Michellegee958, welcome to OpenStreetMap!
The description you've used - "color change" - doesn't seem to match what's been updated. What were you trying to change? I'll try to help if I can.

That's a HUGE area of grass! Surely most of this is farmland, not grass?

What you can see on Bing imagery was a lighting tower - one of many dotted around the steelworks - demolished mid-2022. (The Bing imagery here is from 2021, before the bulldozers moved in!)
The Esri imagery is more up-to-date (Feb 2023), so that's a better guide to locate the flare, although I would have thought it's more likely to be on the north side of the river within the petrochemical works.

Hi Satotiga,
It looks like you accidentally deleted the "inner" part of the school building relation of Holy Trinity Rosehill (the garden in the middle of the building). Hopefully the iD app is capable of adding that back in, but I know it's fiddly!

Happy mapping,
Jez

The Sports Village (way 89549933) and wider school grounds are part of Guisborough in my opinion so don't need an additional addr:suburb tag - it's nearly two miles to Slapewath from there and Charltons is even further away!

Laurence Jackson Sports Village in Slapewath? I disagree - Slapewath is only the tiny hamlet next to Charltons, not a wider area of Guisborough town.

Yes, these four masts/poles were removed when the car park was re-configured. (Here's what they looked like: https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3425463

Thank you for your improvements to this junction. I recently queried a tagging change from junction=roundabout to junction=circular by a TomTom editor, but I don't understand their reply. As an experienced mapper, perhaps you can shed some light on it? See osm.org/changeset/137825183
Thanks, Jez.

Just curious, what feedback have you had that makes you think this is a junction=circular, rather than a roundabout?

FYI, the latest Esri World Imagery (Feb 2023) shows where they've been digging the onshore cable route to the converter stations.

Those are windows in the ceilings above the walkways inside York Designer Outlet - not solar panels!

The withdrawal of the X67 was only a temporary measure - it's due to be reinstated from 9th July 2023.

Dear mneko,
Most of the edits in this changeset I don't understand:
- The accuracy of the shape of Hill Street Centre has been made worse in my opinion, so I'm wondering what you thought was "bad" about it? For example: Boyes and Home Bargains looked fine to me before, because I don't think the roof decoration should be included as part of their geometries; the curved entrance has been simplified unnecessarily by deleting nodes; and the surrounding buildings at ways 1163668835, 1163668830, 1163668829 and 974812353 which were nearly rectangular are now weird shapes. Also, the service road at way 236987016 (and the road you deleted) leads to roof access, and is not a car park entrance.
Separately:
- you've moved two entrance nodes at Centre North East so they are no longer on the perimeter of the building,
- and this Leonardo Hotel is not a Royal Hotel.

I hope you are able to rectify these issues.
Regards,
Jez

B&M was still open when I passed this morning - or was today the last day?

Hi jgh, You've moved the parish boundary here but I'm wondering if this was an error?

The school uses the suffix "Academy" so I think that is what it should be named in OSM, regardless of what it says on Get Information About Schools.

old_name="BVGS Playing Fields" - really?! It should be obvious that this is not the main school site. Surely tagging should be on the school area, and not duplicated on the playing fields. Maybe a relation would be better for the two areas but duplicate tagging is unnecessary.

Was there any need to add "Margate" to the end of the name - it's obvious from the map it's in Margate, plus the school don't use that suffix anyway - they use "Kent"

This name change makes no sense at all - Peterborough may have merged with Stamford, but both colleges still use their individual names, not the group name.
