There has been a number of people in Australia reporting that they have been stopped and questioned and/or had a gun pointed at them due to their activities associated with OSM. Same thing happens to Geocachers and a solution they came up with was to produce license like documents to help explain their presence.

Great but as I suggested at another place, why don't you take the original OSM flyers?

@!i! horses for courses, it might be ok for some but the point of the exercise was to create something drivers license like, not a flier otherwise I would have just used the original flier funnily enough. :)

Yes but this is nothing official and excuse me but it looks a bit childish ;)
But ok I see the point that mapping might become dangerous in other countries :(
