Should this be marked as a path? This picture is taken from the road along side and is shows that it the fairway of a golf course. Yes, people walk along is but I don't think there is a defined path.

I believe that this is a changing rooms for the football teams who play in the park. 'Sports centre' is a bit too grand as it is little more than a hut.
