The area for this building does not look this. This was the construction area. The building is more rectangular (if I recall).

These building(s) do not have a space between them. They are connected/the same building with an inner wall.

I believe this building is now constructed and "finished"

While it looks they may add water here, there have not, for the last 3 year this "stone layed hole" been here, ever been any water (more than rain) here.
