This is no longer called the Paramount Motel. It's now the "Breeze Lodge", a backpacker hotel. I'm staying there currently.

At 142 Constance St is a backpackers hotel called "LyLo Brisbane" (https://www.lylo.com/brisbane/).

I know this for sure, as I stayed there a few weeks ago.
