OpenStreetMap 開放街圖
Today I discovered that I was trying to do this. I am sorry for any confusion I caused. I thought I was only placing a point of interest in the Village map. My bad. I will not attempt to unblock myself because I really do not know what I am doing. A big thanks to all the reviewers that corrected me on this.

It is not easy starting out.
Read the OSM wiki -
osm.wiki/Main_Page
Search on it for the item that you are trying to map, there is a search box on the top right of the wiki page.
If in doubt - ask..
