Why is Third St and Water St not `secondary`?

You can use `bus_bay=left` to show there's a bus bay on the left of the road on that section.

It looks to me correct alignment is between the original and new one.

You also misaligned Nathan Road to the west.

Curving the road along the bus bay or any lay-by is incorrect. It isn't part of trafficked carriageway.
