Single carraigeway roads aren't represented by two `oneway=yes` lines. `change:lanes=` with eg `=yes|not_right` is used. For additional details, kerb line and linear `area:highway=` can be mapped

Please don't connect areas to roads unless this is meaningful. `nautral=wood` should only cover the tree canopy area for instance.
