Would be better to put KMB's long names with the location prefix in `official_name=` (reserving `short_name=` for estate names and such) , as `name=` is the common name. As a side benefit, renderers and applications can group the same name stop from Citybus using the same `name=`.

This is mentioned in osm.wiki/Guidelines_for_pedestrian_navigation#Ways_inside_buildings although it has other problems. Also used in osm.wiki/MENTZ_GmbH/Modellierungsvorschläge_Indoor and osm.wiki/France/Transilien/Hackcess in some extent.

2. It's not necessary to define number of levels (`level=2` is wrong) explicitly in an simplified representation.
3. It is not necessary to add `wheelchair=yes` to `=elevator` as this is default and almost always true.

Please only add descriptor labels in `description:zh=`. It is also unnecessary and unworkable to describe what each staircase connects between.
