This doesn't do any help. `*:roof=` is not an `access:*=` mode or condition. `access:roof=` was mass-added by an organized edit osm.wiki/HOT_-_PDC_InaWARE_Indonesia_Project_(Surabaya_&_Jakarta) which uses other questionable tags such as `building:roof=` and `building:wall=` which are flagged osm.wiki/Key:roof:material#Possible_tagging_mistakes or even deprecated osm.wiki/Key:building:roof in favor of the standard format`roof:*`=. No, please don't mark them as open until at least that day. This doesn't make sense for daily updates eg OSMAnd Live. For new developments, applications should be tracking as change. Another option is user setting constructed roads in routing.

No you should not use `=route_marker` when it is not such. This called lying to the map to make it show up. It can't show everything for everyone.
