As far as I'm aware they haven't updated since they launched back at the start of October, so it's well overdue. I've created an idea on their uservoice - maybe you could add a vote or three?

Hi
Just installed Navfree on my iphone and as my own road was not on OSM (Tomtom has it but on wrong side of the canal, any delivery driver gets lost). I am now trying to add detail to the large blank area around me.
Once I get the hang of editing maybe add as much canal detail as I can. I use MotionX GPS app and could do with locks and winding holes adding.
