The Åland islands are often mapped differently than the rest of Finland. Also the municipalities are a lot smaller than in the rest of Finland

But some of those places aren't really that significant, like Kaarina which is just a suburb of Turku. If you think the tagging of towns should be changed that should be discussed on the forum https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/fi/67

Why should those towns be tagged as cities based on population? In Finland only "maakuntakeskukset" or regional "capitals" have been tagged as such with the exception of Espoo and Vantaa.

Looks like I didn't remember to mention that there, but in municipalities where Swedish is the majority language the Swedish name is prioritized. Additionally, I also realized that many Finnish names are missing here, it would be nice if those could also be added.

The names are you've added in Kimito/Kemiönsaari are incorrect, since the Swedish street name should be added to the name=* tag
