Hi, I don't think that's the correct usage of the addr:housename tag. It should only be used when the name of the house acts as the address which isn't really used in Finland anymore and even then pretty much only in the countryside.

Hi, features should only be mapped once. You added a park within an existing one with the same name and added a school name to the school building even though it was already existed as an area surrounding it as per wiki guidelines, also addresses don't belong on roads. osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

I'd say it should be tagged as highway=living_street anyway since highway=pedestrian should only be used on roads/areas where driving isn't allowed or is strictly limited.

On itäinen rantakatu I guess that makes sense since there's hardly any cars on it and they are banned for most part, but on the area surrounding the church there are a lot more cars and you can even park along the edges of it
