This gate doesn't make the road it's on inaccesible, according to a RouteYou user. Since they are not very clear as to how the situation on terrain actually is, can someone with local knowledge check this and edit accordingly?

Are bicycles allowed to use this path?

A RouteYou user claims that the road going from the Bergstrasse to the Emil-Rosenow-Strasse is a private road. I can't go and check in person and street level imagery doesn't show any road signs that say this is private property. Can someon with local knowledge confirm / deny what the RouteYou user said and edit the way accordingly?
