Sorry if my comment was not clear, but did actually remove amenity=bus_station from the new station as well as the old one. Regardless, it's not the end of the world.

As for updating the bus routes, this will take a while, as many of the bus routes in Stevenage are out of date and some are missing. I did update route 1 and 6 a couple of months ago, but this is a time consuming process, so if the councils or bus operators collaborate to identify errors, that would be great!

Public rights of ways have a specific tag 'prow_ref' and designation=* for a reason, to be able to differentiate public footpaths from pavements and other general footpaths. These can then be easily extracted into useful data by excluding highway=footway without these tags, for example in this overpass turbo query (https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1gSJ) which only shows highway=footway with a prow_ref tag. All you would need to do to clear up these 'errors' would be to simply add designation=public_footpath and prow_ref=* and leave everything else untouched. Also, deleting things because you in particular don't see a case for it is uncalled for and extremely selfish.

If you ever need advice on how to solve a problem you have with using OSM data, feel free to ask, as arguments like these could have been easily avoided if you simply asked for advice before going around changing thousands of footways.

I strongly disagree. The OSM Wiki clearly suggests tagging the crossing as a way as well (osm.wiki/Crossings) and pavements should be tagged highway=footway + footway=sidewalk (osm.wiki/Tag:highway%3Dfootway); as is the broad consensus of the community. There is no justification behind deleting crossings which breaks pedestrian routing at junctions or changing footways to paths which introduces ambiguity over the intended users of the pavement (a path suggests a multi-use way open to bicycles where a footway does not)

Hi, 'primary road' is intended for major public roads, for a racetrack you should select 'motorsport racetrack' in the map editor.

Is this really the housname of this building? Private information such as names should not be added to OpenStreetMap.

Hi, the correct way to change the grass to a kerb would have been to remove landuse=grass and add barrier=kerb. I have updated this in osm.org/changeset/118485302.

I have moved the former name to a dedicated tag old_name, hope that is ok. I also removed what looks like a tracking id from the web address.

No problem, hopefully at some point in the future all the public footpaths will be tagged with prow_ref to prevent confusion :)

This footpath is shown on the Herts Public Rights of Way Map (https://webmaps.hertfordshire.gov.uk/row/row.htm) - is there any information to the contrary apart from the anonymous note?

Why have you added golf=rough and landuse=grass over a substation, playing fields and surrounding fields?

And added a golf cartpath on top of an existing service road leading to a substation?

Why have you deleted the golf club car park and added golf=rough and duplicate footways inside it?

Was it intentional to tag this multipolygon with landuse=forest and natural=water?
