The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Le nom des ruisseaux de cette zone au pied du Donon devrait être vérifiée : « basse » désigne, en lorrain, la vallée encaissée qui en rejoint une autre, pas une rivière. Noms mal copiés d'une carte tierce ?

The junction from this trail to the trail up north (chemin de la grande côte) doesn't seems to exist anymore.
