The source for this "proposed" roadway doesn't exist as a website anymore. Someone needs to check if there are still plans to build it, or if it has been indefinitely placed on hold/cancelled.

I don't see any construction on these roadways, and it is unclear if they are going to be built in the foreseeable future. Should it be removed since the best I can determine is that it is still in the conceptual phase? (AKA Fantasy Mapping Phase)
