Just uploaded a huge editing work (900+ points) between Bordighera and Ospedaletti.
Collected data with my Motorola Milestone and OSMtracker just walking on the roads. Edited new roads, almost all housenumbers also with interpolation, and various POIs using JOSM.
The area was almost completely empty apart from the main primary road (Aurelia, SS1), railway and motorway.
