Franklin Park just removed a 2 or 3-track rail line, and merged it with another nearby 3-track line, in order to build an underpass for Grand Ave (a secondary thoroughfare). They made a street where the old railroad was. I don't know how far it goes, and I can't recall what they named it. I'll try to swing by there in the spring with a notepad, and write down what the new street does. Until then, I put in a road, and the underpass.
