The fine tuning of access=* into relevant subkeys is definitively a major change, especially with the various access=destination which at least in Germany is supposed to be vehicle=destination (since they’re signed with a round sign with a red border and white background which only affects vehicles, not pedestrians) but couldn’t be rendered before and incentivised tagging for the renderer.
