`highway=jalan` is not a valid tag-key combination. Could you check osm.wiki/Key:highway which of the values would me most appropriate?

Maybe you mean to tag `name=Jalan`?

Either solution is fine with me. From an application standpoint mapping parking aisles is more precise.
