if someone created leisure=playground sidewalk=none where it is simply wrong this edit will not affect it

benefit from removing this tag in cases where it is pointless is small enough that editing each case by human is not really worth it

these kind of damage is definitely mappable, though I am not sure how (osm.wiki/User:Mateusz_Konieczny/ruined_building is my attempt to invent something)
