shop=vegetables ? Maybe shop=greengrocer was intended? If they truly sell solely only vegetables then maybe extra tag like greengrocer=vegetables would be better? If they sell also fruits then osm.wiki/Tag:shop=greengrocer is definitely better.

shop=greengrocer is far more widely used and supported and does fit even if only variety of vegetables is sold.

But maybe another shop tag would fit better? Maybe shop=farm? ( osm.wiki/Tag:shop=farm )
