Addresses are mapped as nodes next to buildings instead as nodes placed at buildings.

It is necessary to move all of them.

How you verified that say osm.org/node/4435497548/history has Buffalo Wild Wings brand and is not local restaurant with matching name?

Are you sure that H&M ( osm.org/node/3732913302/history ) is osm.wiki/Tag:shop=variety%20store?uselang=en rather than osm.wiki/Tag:shop=clothes?uselang=en ?

I reverted your edit because you made several edit based on misconception that only tags described in OSM wiki are allowed.

What you mention may be achieved by adding "fixme=suspicious tags XYZ".

Moving weird tags to note makes nearly impossible to spot issue again.
