Unable to answer "What basic shape does this building’s roof have?" – Northwood High School (School Building) – osm.org/relation/11687812 via StreetComplete 60.1:

Currently destroyed in order to be rebuilt. The site has been leveled.

The "turn:lanes:backward=right|through" tag on osm.org/way/543406319 does not make sense: a right turning lane cannot be on the left of a through lane. I was here today and noticed the nonsensical lane guidance in OsmAnd, but I didn't collect enough information to be sure of the correct value and don't want to spend more time researching it right now. The overwhelming majority of examples on https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/turn:lanes:backward confirm my interpretation of osm.wiki/Key:turn#Turning_indications_per_lane that turn:lanes:backward should list the lanes from left to right _as seen in the opposite direction of the osm-way_. It looks like at least one other turn:lanes:backward tag that originated in the same changeset (osm.org/changeset/54163789) may have a similar problem, namely osm.org/way/425002316.

Needs to be redone, new building and stores.
Update satellite photograph is needed.

this area is no longer grass, it is woods. The highway alignment show was cancelled years ago, in favor of ICC. This proposed stuff could be deleted

There is a break in the median here for access to the fire station to the east, but I don't want to add a way to the map until I know all the turn restrictions that need to be added in the same changeset to prevent routers from using the way inappropriately. For southbound approaching traffic, there's an unconditional "no U turn". For northbound traffic, I'm not sure.

As of 2022-06-15, at least this part of Meeting Street is closed, but I wasn't able to collect enough data (in particular, exactly how much of the road is closed and the duration of the closure) to be confident in updating the map. I checked a few approved imagery sources and the closure isn't visible there yet. More information may be available from other sources, but I'm not comfortable using them without some research to confirm that the information is OK licensing-wise to use for OSM and don't want to spend time on that now. It looks like the road was demolished for a construction project. I think the potential importance to data consumers is high enough to justify adding a note in the hope that someone else will be willing to address it.

This intersection closed yesterday, and several alternative roads in the area have opened (see https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/whiteflint/). I'd like to get OpenStreetMap updated soon; I'll probably start working on it today. I can probably do an adequate job of making the most important updates, though I'm sure a more advanced user could do a better job. If you'd like to help, please let me know ASAP to avoid duplicating work. Thanks!

As of December 2018, when I approached this point from the west, there was a sign that the road to the east is private. I don't know how far the private portion extends.

Update on the bridge. It was closed this past weekend (May3) but is supposed to be finished this month. We shall see.
