I take your point. Fortunately the scale (-3 to +3) can be mapped to the LTS scale (0,1,2,2.5,3,4,5), though obviously in reverse. I will correct the tags ASAP.

It's an abbreviation of 'Level of Traffic Stress' using the methodology as produced by Berkeley and altered by the County of Montgomery to abstractly measure the stress levels felt by vulnerable road users, primarily cyclists on a segment of road or junction node. I need to get around to producing documentation on the wiki and limited it to streets around my home.
