This path is not existing since 2011! Will change it to highway=razed and access=no

Thanks for updating the path. As I walked on the old path without knowing about a month ago, I can say that the old path is mostly in good shape. It does not look that it will be closed, but that it will be repaired. If you have information about a permanent closure of the old path your change might be OK. If not, please revert your change, add "not accessible" to the old path and add the new path.
