Also, what are the administrative parents of Nivy, relation/2185277 and of Ružová dolina, relation/14794350? I see that Ružinov, relation/2185279 has admin level 9, so is it the parent of both these admin level 10 elements? Are these 2 admin level 10 elements like "siblings" but Ružová dolina is in the territory of Nivy? Please help me understand.
