Illinois is looking at authorizing automated speed enforcement within "safety zones". They have defined these as follows

an area that is within one-fourth of a
mile from the nearest property line of any facility, area, or
land owned by a park district, school district, community
college district, or public or private college or university
that is used for recreational or educational purposes; provided
that if any portion a roadway is within that radius, the safety
zone also shall include the roadway extended to the furthest
portion of the next furthest intersection.

Is there currently a utility that would allow me to visualize this at a crude level? IE, draw a bubble arround any point or area that had a tags x, y, or z?

Many users in game are complaining that there is incorrect tagging, naming, and location data. MonopolyCityStreets is blaming all of these problems on OSM.

May I suggest that we create a special landing page or highly visible link for new users coming from MCS that briefly explains the project, that emphasizes the data is constantly being edited, an estimation (or even exact date) of what the basis for MCS street data is, and how they can help contribute.

While a few pages like that exist currently, it might be helpful to have one specific to MCS. It would also give an idea how many people are coming to OSM from MCS.

First, I'm relatively new and only edit in potlatch.

While adding relationship status to US:I-80 near the junction with US:I-99 (osm.org/go/ZcSP5Ip) I came across an arrangement I was unable to resolve.

I added the relation to one direction and scrolled to the end of the way. The next way on the carriageway did not have oneway, so I added it. When I did so, i got duplicate direction arrows on the way I had just added the relation to. Looking closer, I realized that I had two ways sharing nodes both representing one direction of interstate for that area.

When I attempted to delete the nodes of one of the ways, both were affected.

I-80 WB way 2:34932489

This carries across multiple counties and multiple way sections of I-80 in both directions.

Advise and recommendations greatly appreciated.
