The government building is set in Yongxing Island(Woody Island)中国政府网We put islands which are with residents into some communities such as Yongxing Coummunity(永兴社区).人民网 Although it says the gov would control all Xisha Islands(Paracel Islands), Zhongsha Island(Macclesfield Islands) and Nansha Islands(Spratly Islands), we all know we just actually control all Xisha Islands(Paracel Islands) and some other islands, not all. There has been the Marine barracks of the People’s Republic of China belonging to the navy in the south China sea fleet of the People’s Republic of China in Yongxing Island(Woody Island), Xisha Islands(Paracel Islands). They resident on these islands and patrol at sea every day. Also we’ve filled the sea and built the Sansha Yongxing Airport and built a small town in Yongxing Island(Woody Island). In some other islands in Xisha Islands(Paracel Islands) such as Zhaoshu Island(Tree Island), there’re even some frishmen living and we had bulit some houses for them. 中国新闻网 And other many evidence also shows the fact that China actually countrol all Xisha Islands(Paracel Islands).
