I've been trying to use openstreetmap to record and mesure my running tracks, But I see no way to measure that!
How can I know how many Km a track I trace on openstreetmep has?

You can use Show Your Journey : http://syj.renevier.net/?lang=en
Or you can also use a full GPS data editor/analyser desktop application, for example viking : http://viking.sourceforge.net/

You can use info on the track in JOSM.

Sites like Mapmyrun.com will let you analyse your run.
mapmyride, bikemap.net and bikely.com will let you see how long your bike ride was and give an elevation graph.

Whaw! Great!
I'll take a look into those.
But is the data valuable to openstreetmap, then?... Since I'm not deviding the entire tracks into smaller parts like roads or anything, nor am I classifying the roads very sharply... am I polluting openstreetmap's database? Cose I'd realy like to make valuable contributions...

It depends.
Where do you run? Is the region already well mapped?
Do you run tracks/paths that are missing or not exact on the map?
In these cases I recomend uploading the tracks.
You can upload and view them here osm.org/user/Ningu%C3%A9m/traces
I recommend it at least several times, so you will know how it works.
Of course it soon gets boring if you run the same track everyday :-)

if you use sports tracker it draws onto the osm where you have run in real time so you can see if that path is there or not on the map.
