Started mapping today. Nothing to grandiose. Fixed some streets in my city and added/fixed a few buildings and parks. It will take time, but I intend to fully map my area.

Congratulation. I can speak from experience, one person can do a lot to really improve their locality. Don’t hesitate to ask for help. Many of us are on Slack and others like the Forums

There is a nice app, MAPS.ME, that allows to add many details on different businesses – restaurants, shops, cafes – like their addresses, contacts, business hours

I’ll check it out. I’ve been looking at other areas to see more completed works as bases for how I go at this.
