The images seems to have outdated boundries and seem to be inaccurate. We went to field in Manahari and sat down with locals to map the boundry. Will make corrections using it as refrence. Thanks for the heads up. Nice Observation.

This is mapping work done by someone from Nepal Red Cross. This is not from census data , it looks like some kind of community survey done by Nepal Red Cross Society. This changeset has lots of useful information, but yes there are some tags that raise privacy concerns. It could a case of mapper not being aware of the privacy concern. This issue has been communicated to Nepal Red Cross. Will update you when we hear back from them.
