Okay, basically I added a bikeway that was put in sometime in either 2019 or 2020.

If you go on real estate websites, there is neighborhoods for Erie listed there, I also live in the Erie area and know for a fact that all my life that neighborhood was always called West Erie. For example, West Bayfront, Bayfront, East Bayfront are all real neighborhoods as there is signs around the city that mention them or also news articles as well.
