osm.org/way/223465045 is so inaccurate it's basically a work of fiction. There isn't even a way to walk between C and B right now, and the paths that do exist are different.

This road continues straight up - up in a north-eastern direction and ends so that the entirety of Pettitt Rd is just under 1/2 mile -

Cedar HSR Viaduct should be layer 2. Currently, the highway bridge on South Cedar Avenue crosses the viaduct with both being layer 1.

Many issues with road accuracy in this area. Local survey likely needed.
