Change of classification was made due to inconsistency in tagging. As you can see in history, osm.org/way/843077021 was classified as track, but smaller segment leading to the house osm.org/way/843077022/history was classified as service. Therefor a track was connecting an unclassified road with a service segment. Since this service segment leads only to a house and seems to be inside a private courtyard, it seemed logical to align classification. I've reached out to some users, and they were in agreement that classification should be service rather than track.

Have you changed the primary to construction based on a newspapers article from 2019 because there is Mapillary data from 2022, or did you see that it's construction now?
