This building is now owned by the Center for Creative Partnerships, a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The building is being renovated (Fall 2024) and when finished will house the Orangeburg All-Star Justice Center in Commemoration of the Orangeburg Massacre.

The preliminary plans for the project include the only Civil Rights Bowling Alley, museum exhibition space, films, and places for community discussion and reconciliation.
