As SteveC has written in his post im out of my league talking about legal terms, im a programmer, not a lawyer.

The foundation is playing with the lawyers and im confident enough on the spirit of the new license, somekind of viric clause to avoid using the work of the community without giving something back.

All the movement is towards a FREE map, and I trust the foundation to obtain that goal.
