I'm about to plan to bulk add public data from the Danish National Survey and Cadastre with addr:* information.
Is there a map feature/tag to annotate that the data is from 2003 (and therefore might contain outdated information)?

Various stuff in the import catalogue has different tags to mark up the data, you should claim some namespace and mark it as DNSC:last_updated = 2003 or whatever.

I wasn't aware of the import catalogue, but I was going to suggest just adding a source tag, since every source has an implicit date (e.g. the Yahoo photos can be years old, out of copyright maps are older still).
