I didn't know I worked for Mapbox

Something I just noticed on an application using “Mapbox streets” map tiles. When you click on the “Terms & feedback” link, you fall down here: https://www.mapbox.com/about/maps/

And what I read is that “OpenStreetMap contributors create and improve our map data”. I find the “our data” “clumsy” for the best case or “dishonest” for the worst. When I contribute to OSM, I’m not improving the Mapbox map data, the “your” map data, displease you, Mapbox friends. I’m working for the OSM map data and you take advantage of it.

Hey Pieren -

I’m not improving the Mapbox map data, the “your” map data

Of course you’re not. You’re improving everybody’s map data ;-)

Just clarified that line, no offense intended.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the (small) clarification. And congrats for the nice rendering of OSM map data.
